Step 1 – Application and pre-approval

My approach to the pre-approval process is simple.

  • Initial conversation to review goals and objectives.
  • Apply now - the online application worksheet located on my website is easy and secure. Gathering your basic, credit, income, and asset information allows me the ability to analyze, pre-approve your application and present potential financing options for review.

Step 3 – Go shopping

Work with a trusted real estate professional to find homes that fit your needs. Contact me for updated payment or cost information as you shop. When you find the right home, your agent will work with you to prepare and present your offer. With a Bell pre-approval letter in your hands, you will have the edge in a competitive market.

Step 4 – Loan approval

Once you have an offer accepted or commit to your refinance option we will review locking interest rates and next steps in the process. At this time, any updated support documents will be gathered and reviewed. Bell will facilitate and order the appraisal and title search for the property. Upon receipt of all documents, your loan will go in for final underwriting and approval.

Step 5 – Close on your new home refinance

In the days before closing, you will receive an initial Closing Disclosure outlining your final transaction details, funds for closing, and any documentation needed for closing day. At closing, you will sign the final loan documents with the Title Company and in the case of a home purchase receive the keys to your new home.
